Willingale Doe - St Christopher - Interior

The elaborate allabaster and marble monument in the chancel is to Robert Wiseman 1641, Richard Wiseman 1618 and his wife Mary, 1635. There are several other memorials in the chancel and nave. One of the memorial brasses which dates from around 1400 commemorates a member of the Torrell family. He is shown in full armour with his dog at his feet. The church also contains a 15th century octagonal stone font with decorative carving on each face.
