All Saints is a long towerless late Victorian red brick building, with a rose window at the west end. Originally, it was designed to have a massive brick tower with tiled steeple on the south-west corner. However, as frequently happened for new churches, this non-essential element was not carried out. The church overlooks a busy roundabout on the A13 in Southend.
