St Mary's retains a complete set of 18th century box pews and an 18th century brick chancel with distinctive wooden tracery to its north and east windows. This picture was taken before the 2011 restoration. On the east wall is a nave mural showing tassels and bunched curtains being drawn aside from the window in a rare rural attempt at trompe l'oeil. The tower is unusual in having aisles to three sides. The church is now in the care of the Friends of Friendless Churches.
