The main feature of this church is the tower, built c. 1420 thanks to the generosity of the Bishop of Norwich, and has his crest - a pelican - on the west doorway. The nave and chancel are Norman but the chancel was restored in 1878. The south porch was originally built in the 15th or 16th century but was re-built as part of the Victorian restoration.
