The roof of the chancel is probably16th century. It has moulded and cambered tiebeams, king-posts with curved struts, and moulded wall-plates. The roof of the nave has moulded wall-plates probably of the same date. Both are holding up well, considering. The blue door at the back is odd - there is no matching doorway on the outside.
It's sad to see a church building in a state like this.
