Built by Teulon in 1850, this is now a Grade II listed building. It was built in Decorated style on the site of the previous medieval church. The church was closed for worship in 1990. Since then various proposals to re-use the building have been made, but the Church Commisioners seem intent on demolition. In the meantime little has been done to maintain its weather tightness and as a result it suffers from localised decay and water ingress. A non-statutory public enquiry into the building's future was expected to commence in early 2015.
