Alphamstone - St Barnabas - Nave

The west end of the nave of St Barnabas. The 3-bay south aisle (left) is early 14th century featuring octagonal columns. The 12th century Purbeck font is square with 5 blank arches on each face, with a 17th century domed cover (see pop-up inset)
