The alabaster effigy of Sir William Marney (1360) lies on an elaborate tomb chest. He is wearing bascinet, camail and a hip-belt, and has his dagger at his side. His head rests on his visor, and his feet rest on a lion. In the background is a Tudor fireplace - unusual inside a church.
